yup thas right folks! gonna do my first wave of mods next week, which is my spring break.
im also gettin an amp to get more thump out of our stock sub along w/ a Mugen Grille that i should be receiving shortly! this is gonna be fun !
Edit: well the pic doesnt seem to be showin, but i posted a pic of my K&N Filter, Brake Caliper Paint, S100 Paste Wax, Blue Highbeams, and Replaced Exhaust Tails. I guess u guys will have to use ur imagination :p

oh yeah, and im gonna remove the airbox resonator and see how that sounds, if its too loud for my liking, ill put it back on Thankz Kris, for the sig comment lol!

i found the brake caliper paint in the Paint Section of PepBoys. i asked last time and the guy said they were out, but this time the manager said that they shifted it from the car section to the Paint section, if that helps any.

yeah man im 18, but im Indian, which means my parents treat me like im 12 . naw my parents look out for me and try to do whats best in their minds. But sometimes they dont let me take risks and let me learn from my mistakes. u know sometimes you just gotta "touch the stove"

yeah there are quite a few young tl'ers on this board. i think this board had a good mix of age in general. the airbox resonator is located under the air filter. it requires the bumper to be removed though.

hey, i'm only 16. my dad bought the 04 TL and gave me his 99. Over summer I plan on doing a few nice mods to my car such as tints, springs, body kit. Anyother 16 yr olds out there?

17 also...dang, lotta lucky kiddies...i got my '99 because the company awarded my dad with a C32 AMG! all my mods are paid by me exept that 90 on a 25mph zone ticket...daddy paid.
Removing the resonator will give you an ugly sound...i tried it and then put it back on. It may sound like a good idea to remove it when you put a short ram or CAI. Then it gies a throaty sound...by which 3/4 of it its given by new intake alone so why da extra work?

Update! i couldnt wait, so i just did the blue highbeams install! it looks tight when u look at the car head-on. stay tuned for picz, right now the car is a hideous mess, but that will all change next week
