No, he said they are paying for it. Not fixing it. $7k is a lot of damage for a 2dn gen TL.

Get another TL. Or take your time and drive everything new out there. There is a lot of new stuff in the last year. This may be a chance for something new. I love Acura, but there is other stuff out there. How much do you want to spend?

Unhappy

well, i just got a call from the adjuster telling me they paying 8750 for it. this whole process sucks though because the rental car has to be returned by wedesday or ill be charged. so i gotta find some type of replacement. i like the TL type s alot but i think ima cross over and buy an third gen. i dunno way to earily to say . oh and i didnt even want it back with that kind of damage. both rear quarter panels are bent up and the body has been twisted alittle, everything in the back needs to be replaced. the back right door hit the frame some time during the impact. it wouldnt be the same anymore.

Glad your ok. If I were you, I would compare your top 5 cars that u have in mind by thier specs, HP, ride quaility, etc.. and void a car at a time, leading you to one car which you should be happy with. Take it easy and good luck in the future.
