$24K for a 2000 TL with 39K+ miles is pretty good. Were you planning to buy a new car soon? If so, then yes go ahead and sell it and get the Type-S w/navi.

That is a good price that someone is offering you. If you were to do trade in, you would get less than $21K. Go ahead and sell it. Sell it now while you can.

At first glance, it sounds VERY GOOD. If it was on a trade in, then it would depend on how much the new car is being discounted. If you are supposed to pay MSRP for a 02 TLS w/nav, then you're trade in is really worth $20k-$21k.

no, its not on a trade in, its a private sale. the only thing im thinking is that if i keep it and a year from now when i have 80k, what will it be worth then...

I think that's a really good offer. www.kbb.com estimated the Private Sale at $22k.
