OEM Underbody Kit Installation Question

Got the rear underbody piece today (the rest should come tomorrow)...

Installed it, and everything went fine... However, there seems to be a gap on each of the rear corners... I've tried everything to close the gap, but cannot figure out how to get it tight up against the body of the rear bumper...

Again, it's on the rear corners where I am having the gap... The back and sides seem to hug the body just fine...

Is this normal? If not, any tips?

I used the self-tapping screws, and my gap is a lot more than 2-3mm... Well, maybe not a lot... Maybe a little more (4 or 5mm)? I will check tomorrow when it is daylight...

Anyone else report on a gap in the rounded corners? I have not gap in the straight-aways...

Mine fits pretty tight around it with a slight gap. Nothing very noticeable though. Perhaps there is a way to add a screw near the gap and hide the screw somehow. I dunno

LOL.. I thought I was the only one with this problem.. I have the OEM body kit, will all screws installed, and i have a very very small gap on each of the rear corners of the bumper too. Maybe install a small piece of double sided tape to make it fit snugly?? Hmm.. maybe that would ghetto it alittle right? but it would probably fix the problem.

Just got back from the dealership for the tranny recall (install the oil jet kit)...

Asked about the gap and he said it was normal... Said that the gap is necessary to prevent paint rub/damage...

Don't know if it's true or not...but that's the official word from my dealership service department...
