OEM Lip install question.

Do you have to remove the bumper and drill to install the OEM lip. Can't you just slide the "spring nuts" over the dimples and just put the screws threw them just like the rear lip.
The actual Acura instructions say drill through with two different sizes to open hole for the screw to go through. But then the rear says differently?
Can anybody help?

Thanks

Yes you need to remove the bumper, and drill to install the OEM front lip. The rear bumper already has holes in it while the front bumper does not .. it just has dimples, so you've got to drill through them to make a hole. Dunno why they did it that way, its just the way its done.

I didn't have to remove my front bumper for the installation.. All you have to do is have someone(did everything by my self) hold it.. while you drill one hole at a time to the bottom of the bumper.. follow the step for the remaining holes.. forgot how many there is..

You don't need remove the bumper at all. Just jack it up on both sides and drill the holes.

You def do not need to remove the bumper , it stays on by itself then just turn the wheels and drill , 10 minute process.
