I'm looking to get an OEM body kit for my 2000 TL, does nayone know where the cheapest place would be to order one from and ship to Canada.

I know he has good deals on 02-03 kits, in fact, I ordered one from him last week for my NBP. He used to sell the 99-01 kits dirt cheap as well, but I'm not sure if he still has any. It's worth a call to find out though.

Also, a guy on ebay sells 99-01 kits under the search name "Acura TL aero". He is from Canada. He occasionally has kits for sale.

 

Called they will not ship To Canada.

How long ago did you buy the kit from him?? I called Acura of Athens and Tim at Ray Laks and the prices was much higher. IIRC, Phil wanted $620 shipped for a mismatched set, and Tim wanted $830 shipped for a painted bodykit. Oh btw, I was looking for a SSM kit, which I was told I a hard color to get.

 

I did call philip and he could not ship it to Canada. Waiting to hear back from Tim at Ray Laks.

 

Just talked to Tim at Ray Laks, body kit will be here in 2 weeks $629 for the kit and $62 to ship to Canada. He said my color (Nighthawk Black) was the cheapest of them all.

 

02-03 SSM kits are expensive cuz the they're rare - or rather, the SSM is too common and everyone and their mom bought out the inventory of the kits.

I ordered mine from Tim at Ray Laks, 2003 SSM, for $1029, he had to paint the side skirts. That was last week

 

I paid $831 shipped about a year and a half ago for my '03. Acura of Troy (my local dealership) was asking for 1200ish at the time. Screw that.

 

Man, I paid C$1700 for my kit (Woodbine Acura) ... and I had to install it myself... mind you, that was back in spring 2002.

 

Ya dealer pricing is crazy. I called them and they said they are not available anymore but would get me a price on the wings west kit that was 2 days ago and nobody has called me to late now.

 

that is a gd price for buying in canada, back in 2002 it's not easy to get it for such price
