I have this odd pop noise coming from my front end, it happens only sometimes and mainly happens when braking and accelerating.
car has new tie rods, upper control arms and ball joints, lower ball joints, struts, and also all the engine mounts have been replaced.

also sometimes the steering wheel feels not as tight but sometimes the steering feels good and confident.

sometimes I hear a light squeaking noise that is mainly heard on a bumpy road

the alighnment is on spec and then shaking the tires at 9 and 3 I get no movement, nor any movement at 12 and 6. so suspension is tight at wheels.

is this something related to the sway bar links?

I have, they weren't separated but i didnt get a chance to move them around much, I also replaced the bushings awhile back. the sway links have 222k compared to the new suspension parts so thats what makes me also think its them, but I dont want to rule out defective new parts, but like i said the suspension is tight and alighnment machine shows minimal movement over the past 10k miles since new parts installed

Have you inspected the radius rod bushings?

I am experiencing the pop noise when accelerating or braking every once in awhile too.

My steering feels tight, and I replaced my tie rod ends recently. Hitting the wheel while up, traditional suspension testing doesn't turn up anything loose.

I'm wondering if it also is my drivers side CV joint. When changing my transmission it came apart and when rebanding it, it lost some grease. I'm wondering if it is a bit worn out from that (I have since re-filled the grease).
The noise only started after changing my transmission.

I have an aftermarket spare I picked up for 99$ CAD, so I can try swapping it.

I know my inner axles on mine are shot and have been shot for a long time at least 20k miles, but after alot of recent suspension work, i did let the cv axle just hang not attached to the wheel knuckle and it wanted to slide apart but the boot would only allow it to a little, but i will say a dont recall this specific noise before that but honestly i dont think it is something that needs to be addressed asap, its been like this for so long for me. Im happy im not the only one experiencing this. I have two brand new axles i need to put it, they are from surtrack and i hope they work good, i will let yall now when i get them installed in the next few weeks.

im happy you metioned this though cause I am thinking it has to do with the cv axle torquing different ways as we brake and accelerate.

I too have absolute no play in the steering
