OBX Headers!
I just bought and installed some Obx HEaders and I didn't not have a single problem. It took me about 6 hours wit the help of two people, but we were messing around most of time. I think this is by far the best decision I have ever made concernin my vehicle besides purchasing it.
That's what I've been hearing too. Keep an eye on the tube/flange welds, that seems to be the place where they are most susceptible to failure.
Keep in mind that I've also heard that the bad weld problem has been fixed on the newer ones so you may be OK (or was it the resonance at 2500 rpm that was cured?).

I've been running on OBX on my TL for over a year without any prob. However, I can't say that it mays any major difference (needless to say "best money I've ever spent blah blah"..)..at least for the regular TL. It however might make noticible difference on Type S (as in case of my friend's CLS, which I can tell there IS a big difference). If I had to do it over again, I would take the $340 and have a couple of nice dinner and leave my stock header alone.

I had my headers for almost a year now (will be a year this May) and I have had any issues with them other than resonance...but I just recently got my headers coated and I got some lock nuts for them...But I haven't installed them yet...I took them off when I took it to the dealership for some work...but waiting for a bright day to put them back on...details then.
