i duNno where else to post this... please mods help me out if needed

but i got a question about mom's accord. not the TL. i posted a similiar problem couple months back, and the problems arising again. Recently we gotten diagnosed CEL light with problems occuring with the O2 sensors. The mechanic changed one sensor, which is the one in the front of the engine, without changing the other one under the engine . this i didnt know about, or else i woodve bitched about. Im about to bring it back, and make him change the other one at no charge. BUt my question here is that, after the O2 sensors have been changed, is there any parts of the engine i should worry bout? Like cleaning compartments or anything? Im guessing something in the engine is making that CEL light come on for the O2 sensors, is there anything advice you can give me which can prevent the problem? My guess is to use higher gas rating (i currently use 89 on the accord) as one way to solve. Any advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

On another note, I took out the intake resonator on the TL today! Yep the process took me about an hour, not too shabby since it was a first timer for me. But one problem is that I put one screw in the wrong place... NOW IT WONT COME OUT! its that one screw that goes in the wheelwell which holds onto the bumper. Jeez that thing is stuck! i wanna get it out, but dunnoo how, gonna try every time i get a chance. In my opinion, the sound is noticeable, but i dunno if i would ever do it again just for the sound. the process wasnt that bad, but i dun dink it was worth the work. But, currently i am running with the OEM air filter. ill be getting the K&N filter soon hopefully, and mayb that'll make me change my mind. Kudos to subtledreamer for the write up of the K&N filter exchange, ill be looking into that soon. and more Kudos for all of you that've posted up sites on how to get the front bumper off and getting the resonator out. By the way, I've read about the other procedure which involves pulling out the resonator without taking the bumper off. When I saw the resonator, the first thing that came to my mind was, "HOW THE HELL DID THAT GUY WIF THE 'POW BATMAN' AVATAR GET THAT THING OUT OF WHEELWELL!!!" Im referring to fttyms... and others too. i just remember him because of his ever so special avatar. But damn you guys must have some real skills getting that thing out the wheelwell. PROs!
