Guys,

Just heard from one of my co-worker who lived in Newark, NJ and his friend is a car theaf. He said be more careful about TL-S' headlight 'cuz there is a high demand on the market. His friend can steal headlights in few minutes and sell them $200 (a pair) to other Accord or Legend owners.

Yeah... I should thank his warning but I really want to call police to report his car theaf friend as well.

This is so insane. We can't even park our cars anywhere without worrying if our headlights are going to be there when we get back. Someone please stop this madness!

just wait until the maxima and other cars come out with HIDs then the playing field will change.

I posted this in an earlier thread--the '02 HIDs in the new Maximas are a *direct replacement* for any 5th generation Maxima (2000 or newer). This includes the housing. I think they're going to be stealing from their own kind....

I think they're more modded Acuras and Hondas out there though. So they're would be more of a demand for the Ac HID's than there would be for the max HID's.

$200!!! That's it! And we get a $3K+ bill plus maximun grief and the fact that our car has been violated.

Makes me long for the good old days when they went after the car radios.....
