Arrow Nuts, Bolts, & Gaskets

I'm gonna be performing a bit of maintence on my car and wanna get rid of the resonse caused by my OBX headers. I will also be installing my new tanabe super hyper medallion catback.

Anyways, I would like to replace all the bolts that were used to install the headers with the better quality ones everyone keeps mentioning. Can someone please tell me the exact sizes for these bolt?

Also, I wanna get some oem gaskets from the dealer, but are the all basically the same or should I be looking for a specific one?

And finally, I need to weld on a new flange to one end of my high flow cat, the end that connects to the exhaust, what kind of flange would I need?

Would I be able to pick up these parts at a home depot?

Do a search and read through the XS header threads for the nut/bolt sizes needed
The OEM gaskets are the header manifold gaskets
The flange would need to be 2.25 or 2.5".. whatever the stock exhaust size is.. can be found with a search
The nuts/bolts you will be able to find at Home Depot or other hardware store (Lowe's, ACE, etc.)

Thanks for the info, I'm gonna go to the dealer and get a couple of those gaskets sometime during this week.

One thing though, how how do I know if the Tanabe exhaust that I'm gonna be installing is gonna have a 2.25 or 2.5" flange on it? I wanna get the correct size so I could correctly bolt up the cat to the exhaust.

I also forgot to ask about this exhaust wrap I keep hearing about...

I heard that if you wrap the flex pipe with it, it could eliminate most of the resonse from the headers.

Now my only question is, where can I get this stuff, and what kind do I need?

You bought the exhaust from Excelerate, so ASK HIM.

And DO A SEARCH for header wrap, on AZ and/or Google.

Yea you could ask Excelerate or just take a ruler to it and measure the diameter.

AFAIK, there's not really more than one kind of header wrap. I mean, I'm sure there are more than one kind, but they're basically all the same. Just wrap the flex pipe and secure each end with a zip tie or steel tie.
