You can chrome out your shift plate since you have a '99. Very very inexpensive mod to do:

since the 99 tl has a 4 gears, and the 00+ have 5 gears..maybe sometime later TL's will have the 6th gear!! hahaha!!

yeah, I am looking into a AEM CAI, and then maybe doing the grill, thanz for the advice.
