NOS for the OLD engines

Its very late so i'll make this short...

How exactly will a Nos system kill a car's engine with a lotta miles in it? (100k+)
We all know this is the cheapest $ per HP, or is it? will it be after the BANG and you gotta build the motor?

Not that i'm considering it, i just want to know...theres not such thing as too much knowlege..i mean... money

peace

just get like a dry zex kit and some plugs and even a fuel pump than that engine will take it.

Get the wet kit some new spark plugs/ spark wires, a fuel pressure regulator and you'll be set.

Get a dry kit with an old engine and expect your car to die. Dry kits are very unbalanced and surge through the intake to the throttle instead of directly into the fuel causing it to get extremly unbalance timings of your cylinders. 2 will be working 4 times faster than the other 4.

That's funny I live in the same area and have never ever seen it in any gas station in S. Florida. Maybe the hurricane is messing with your head. Plus, I lived up in N. Florida and have never seen it there. I'm pretty sure it's not allowed.

But it is illegal to fill your car up with it at the station. You are supposed to fill up a gas can first. 103 octane is for off-road use only.

So why were you arguing that it's not illegal?? You just admitted that it is. Just you can buy something doesn't mean you can always use it. I've never seen anything past 93 in a station so I still don't know what you're talkin aboiut when you say they're all over FL.

Unleaded gas in any octane rating is not illegal. PERIOD.
You guys need to use the search button if you're concerned about Nitrous use. There are many posts and topics about it over the last 4-5 years......
