Hello,
Everytime I hit a bump or pothole and when the weather is cold I hear a noise inside the dash, sounds like something is loose.
Any ideas?

Expect a lot more rattles as your car gets older.

 

I had an 93 Accord lowered 3" with low profile tires before the TL and didn't have any rattles like this one.

 

Do a search and you'll find a good amount of threads on rattles coming from the sunroof, to the dash, to the subwoofer cover.

 

I know but this is not normal. It doesn't matter if the car gets older or not. The sunroof problem I had it before, took it to the dealer and now came back again. Another ex. My mom has a an 95 Accord and never had a noise from the sunroof.
