Go put it on a lift & inspect everything, grab parts and check for the noise when you move them.

Do you only hear it while turning or hitting bumps as well. Does it change with RPM? Where about do you hear it while standing outside? Under the hood suspension area? We need a little more info other than its driving you mad

What side of the car do you hear it on? Did this noise happen after you got hit?

I dont under stand your last post, you say you hear it with rpm, but say you hear it by pushing up and down on the car (those to are completely unrelated). So if you were to rev it you hear it? Or with speed you hear it more or is it just when hitting bumps you hear it hearing it more with more speed?

Check ball joints (nothing to do w/ reving of engine). Can make irritating squeaking noises. One of my lower ones caused irritating noise.

but reving it you don't hear any thing? So that leaves it to something suspension.
You didn't answer my question, did this happen After the accident or did it start before?

When pushing up and down on the car what side do you hear the noise on? Where do you hear it?

It's hard to predict the problem without more detail on how the sound's look like.
If the sound is like the opening of "an old door" then it could be the front springs.

Try spraying the suspension on the noisy side with WD40 (like the springs and the rubber area on teh a-arms. Also inspect the endlinks.

if u hear the squeaking when turning the wheels (stationary), its probably the lower balljoint(s). change them b4 one breaks. trust me, u dont want a lower ball joint snapping on u while in motion
