Exclamation Noise From Engine/Tire Area

Ok, I know this will sound sort of vague, but I have a sound system and I play it most of the time I drive. I was driving with it off and noticed a low pitch squeak coming from the front tire/engine area of the car. I've taken it to a couple mechanics, but they said it runs fine. It's not the brakes because I just fixed them. Could it be worn struts? It almost seems suspension related. My car has 85k miles on it. Anyways let me know what you guys think...

Vague is right. When does it happen? Braking, turning all the time, only when hitting bumps??

I drove around last night and tried to figure that out. It seems to come and go, but it usually happens every 5 to 10 seconds. It happens all the time when I'm just driving straight. It doesn't seem to creak more at any certain time, it is pretty consistent. It almost sounds like fluid moving it is so. low pitched. I wish I could describe it better. The only reason I think it is related to suspension is because it happens all the time. It doesn't intensify when I turn or go over bumps. My only theory is that it has to do with the shocks or the struts. Although I am certainly not any car expert by any means.

Have the same problem... I believe its my brakes. The noise is pretty sporadic and hard to pinpoint. But when I got my car, brakes were at 50% and I was told brakes will squeal when time for replacement and brakes will some time squeal for a short period when replaced. Also I've heard it could be debris caught or stuck on the rotors. So wash or spray down your rotor and see it that helps.
