...i presently have my car almost about where i want it with aftermarket part and those types of things.....but as we all know, YOU ARE NEVER DONE!!!..... currently saving up for size 18 inch Katana Ducati II rims and waiting on my damn 550 watt amp and 2 12lves speakers from this loser guy wholesaler from Ebay to send me my damn sh#T.........
.....but when i am on the beltway, the ol...97 reaches its limits too quik these days and shows evident signs of "hey i may need another surgery or massage" especially if you expect me to maintain respectively in the passing lane on the beltway......the D3, take offs, however a little quiker this maybe, its just not cuttin it any more...plus she hollars like "please please upshift upshift........so help me...
........should i get nitrous which is about 575.00, or pay over 2000.00 to bore out my engine...........
...........Now, nitrous....a friend of mine has this in a 2000 Maxima........and it is pretty damn ridiculously fast once he pushes that button..i was dumb enough to drive along side him one day when, he nearly erased himself from my view...however i am scared of the side effects this has on the engine, .....Boring out, is safer i know, but damn it is expensive as hell...
...................i have about two and a half more years with this my first and most beloved car, thats when i am projecting i can afford that New Q ..........ofcourse i am not getting rid of the TL, that would be crazy.......what should I do in the mean time?

I'd say go with NOS. If you jet it around 50-65 hp shot, it should be pretty safe on your car. Also, if you decide to bore out your engine, you will not see close to 50hp.

I say give yourself time. Nitrous is cheap and fun. Do that if you really can afford to throw 500 around. If not, then leave it alone. (I can't believe I'm telling someone not to do headwork)

Yeah, keep it around 50-65 shot. FOr a V6 engine, you can run that safely without retarding your timing. Also, you will need to change your spark plugs more often and do not use platinum plugs. Use the regular NGK plugs and do not enlarge the gap.

Do not bore out the engine. too much problems........ NO2 is the best choice if you want speed. Get a vemon or zex. But be careful if you have a auto tranny...

Right now I'm running a 50 Shot Jet(NOS) and you'll love it, I'm gonna run it tonight at the track! It's safe as long as you get a dry kit and don't go over 70HP, like AcuraTL says anything bigger, you'll have to retard the timming and run higher octane boost, but you should change your spark plugs and go one down on the gapping. People may say that bottle's are for babies, but all you'll see is this babies a$$!!!!!!!!!!! it's the best bang for buck that you can get. It gets alittle expensive filling the bottle up every weekend($40/10lbs.)

OK..... lets say your engine is a 3.2liter, after a good bore out it should be like a 3.5 or 3.6liter.it increase everything under the hood and makes it largers, walls, sh#t like that...increases the size of your engine basically...therefore making your car faster, lotta labor that is why the expense........NOS can be used at leisure, some come on when you floor your car, then out of no where a huge KICK IN THE ASS!!!!!!, or you can have the button set up......yeah i here it can wear the hellout of your engine if used too often, i just want it for occassional purposes myself, like competition, or when i am coming home and that damn Type R , is starting sh#t as usual..............
