I just changed my plugs but the mechanic used NGK G-power platinum instead of the Iridium ones. He said they both are pretty much the same. Is he bullshiting me??

 

IX is better in performance, where G-power is better in gas mileage.

 

platinum was stock- we like iridium for a slight upgrade
