First, $360 is really cheap for a TL windshield - the price should be around $750. That's not a good sign.

The installer should send out TWO installers, one person simply can't do a good job - and make sure they use quality glass.

What kind of guarantee and warranty do they offer?

Also, you're usually safe going through your insurance company, I'd do that before trusting a web site any day.

I paid $210 installed for PPG glass at a glass shop in DE. They did a perfect job. No leaks, no problems.

Check your Insurance!! In Florida you get 1 Windsheild per year cover by your insurance for free. I know different states an all but, worth a try!

I had my windshield replaced in my office parking lot in 45 minutes by Diamond Glass. One guy did it and he did a great job. I paid 350 plus a $20 tip for the guy since he did an excellent job.

Make sure he puts a clean even bead of silicone all the way around and make sure he shaves off the old silicone to get an good and even fit. Also make sure the rubber molding he puts on is new and not the one he ripped off your car since they just pull it off to get the windshield out.
