I just had a new transmission installed from Bradshaw Acura in Greenville, SC. The old one had been giving me problems similar to the ones posted on this board, and the dealer didn;t even bat an eye before they decided to go ahead and replace it - free of charge. Acura service has really impressed me on this visit. I highly recommend Bradshaw Acura to anyone in the Greenville, SC area who needs transmission repairs...

My service wasn't that great. Rosenthal Acura in Gaithersburg, MD. I bought my car at that dealership, but i was taking it to Tischer Acura in Laurel, MD for maintenance because it was closer. Well, Tischer disappointed me, and i took my car to Rosenthal for my tranny replacement. it took them a week, wasn't too bad. But service wasn't great at all. I have a Comptech Transmission cooler, and they said it was against their policy to hook it back up because it's an aftermarket part. I just said whatever cause i wanted to get my car back without a problem. But in all honesty, i'm completely done with Acura, i've modded it up pretty good, but i will probably sell it in a year or two and take a loss in money. I'll stick with Lexus or Mercedes.
