just got one. sadly had to give back the 07 wdp w/ nav TL. must say very impressed with the car. very much in love with it. but lets see how long my tranny will last this time. whats the break in procedure?? any help will be greatly appriciated. thanks in advance

 

i would like to know too. LOL. Mine went into the dealership for replacement today.

 

drive it normal to gentle meaning no racing and use different amounts of throttle and cruise speed- just like a new motor- for 500-1000 miles
It should really get smooth then
Use SS and test it- dont be afraid- just dont beat on it YET
The replacements have an excellent record- a few failures versus.....

the trans has its own 12 month 10k miles warranty- plus if you are still in the regular warranty- that overrides all

check for leaks- bad seals happen
