alrt last night i was going back home from my girl's place...it was a up-hill and i saw a new generation Toyota Solara right ahead, my TL then just easily caught up and passed him. Now he got mad...he turned on his loud subwoof and even the under body neon light...lol...are those gonna give you extra hp? anyways we were racing down hill doing like 70..about after a quarter mile i slow down coz i knew there's a frequent cop-hiding spot right ahead...but that idiot just went for it and lol....siren's on!!! Although i love the ending of this story but still wandering.....

New Toyota Solara ( i believe it's V6) and my 01TL (AEM CAI and TEIN spring)....Who's gonna be the winner?????

i love it when that happens. i was racing this bum on 295 in jersey once. i had a radar plus i drive that road often. neways i was pushin about 100 n he was behind me. radar starts to go off so i switched lanes to slow down. he gets next to me, waves goodbye and then guns it. needless to say he got lit up by troopers. ya shouldve seen the smile on my face

ya you'd win, the new Solora has 225hp, and 240lb-ft, it may have a little more torque but i don't think it would be enough to beat the TL.

Yeah, it seems some manufacturers like to make spaceships. Have you ever seen the front end of the Chrysler LHS and Concorde? MAN! Those look like driving spaceships (mostly cause of the grille but also the weird body styling). The previous gen Sebring sorta has a spaceship look too, especially the convertible.
