new to the TLS
im helping my brother get a car, and from my research im going to segest to him either a TLS or a Maxima SE(loaded w/o the navi), but i think he would prefer the TLS, cause he used to drive a Maxima a few years back. Now as to my questions:
1. which would you guys pick(TLS v Max SE)?
2. I went to my local dealer and i saw 6 blue on black TLS(no Navi) in the lot, so what kind of price can i expect to get on one of them?
3. hows the insurance on the TLS, compared to others?
4. saftey wise how is the car rated?
Thanks for any help

maxima vs TL-s? oh come on now. thats not that hard to decide from. those questions you asked..the TL-s is better, except for the price... if your bro appreciates cars, get the TL-s. if you're looking to save money im sure the Nissans will go out the door for cheaper. you should be able to get a non-navi from any where from 29-31. depends on the dealer and how much you put down. now if you were in so.cal, i could give you the number to my dealer, she hooked me up.

Question 4: Safetywise it scores very well. Unfortunately, I don't have a link to give you for a report.

all i can say is TL-S is more luxury and more comfortable than the maxima...and it looks more elegant too...remember TL-S has 5spd automatic and Maxima only has the old 4 spd!!! but VQ35DE engine has the best V6 sound and throttle response thou...
for the value, all acuras has a very very high resale value and more durable than nissan cars...that's the truth...everyone knows...
for conclusion...both cars are very fun to drive...but i would go for TL-S for sure!! =)
ppl will more appriciate when they see u driving a better looking and elegant car!!! a true sport and luxury sedan
