not a biggie but i think 2 more things to cool off the engine since we were talking bout tranny coolers:

i tried this one
dump it into the coolant and it cools the engine a bit more,
even though they say it works normally, it takes a lil bit longer to warm up the engine to have the needle in the coolant gauge to rise to the middle(meaning that the radiator relief works).

the other sugg.
you can change the fan, not the whole unit but the fan fins itself. making the fans more effective to cool the engine bay.....
