Yea, for about $130-145 a pair, I'd consider a set!

New Pitboard Posting: Racingbrake Rotors Break The Mold: The Best Rotors EVAR!!!

In this latest Pitboard posting, I have recalled and updated some classic postings and articles involving our experience with Racingbrake rotors over the last 4 years or so. If you have not had a chance to read up on this info, kick back and indulge yourself for a bit

I have also gone through and added some footnotes to bring the writings “up to date.” I learn things over time, as do we all. Note updated writings referenced by the “! Added _/_/_ !” designation.

A technical article that a lot of people bought Racingbrake product based on, and one that I am sure will resonate with some folks out there who are looking for a rotor that is a TRUE upgrade:
Why Racingbrake is a great brake rotor
08/15/10 – Updated with new pics and commentary!

This article is sort of a continuation on the one above. In discussing a lot of the issues with brakes, I can build a really good case for how Racingbrake overcomes these issues with features that go beyond what the competition offers (namely, holes and paint).
We still so firmly believe these rotors to be the best available on the market today, we have teamed up with Racingbrake to offer a special discount for those in need of brake packages now. Piggybacking our already popular "Build My Own" Brake package format we are offering a special promotional discount from now until the end of June. See details within the article

Thanks for reading!

Marcus: cant find the words to tell you how much I like my RB rotors and pads!!
I do tell every ziner what I put mine thru and how well they responded

while I only got 20-25k miles out of the et300 pads over 2 years, they led a harsher life than was imagined by the maker~ wore them down to the wear bar at 2mm... and then some

note to all- when the wife says there is `a little brake noise`...pull the wheels and calipers off..ck it immedialty)

the good news was rotors are perfect, barely look broken in! no ridge or edging as you find on most brake jobs, only dust to clean from the side slots

Cleaned the RB 1 piece rotors with 120 grit sandpaper to remove all old pad material, then threw on another set of pads, touch up the rotor and caliper black paint and go!

I put on hawk hps with 5k miles on them, they got those miles on the RB rotors, before RB pads were available,,
there is no contest- the confidence in the brakes abilty to do what I need is not there,,
it slows well enough on the HPS, but its not that sure footed feel of `stops on a dime and gives 8 cents change`

Have to order some new RB front pads- go with the et500 this time

I know the ziners running them say they have more bite than 300s but no one reports they actually ran both sets

Having run 300s and Hawk HPS on the same RB rotors- I can say `In my opinion`-
the rb pads are wayyyyyyyyyy better than other pads,,on their own rotors
cant say on other front rotors- my rear rotors are kragens and seem fine with the 300s, no funny wear on either part

I have contributed to HTs main tech section, but not on product review pages
Do they exist M?

I recall gen3 ziner did a nice review of the whole RB setup recently , at Marcus request for feedback

We added a product review section to every item on our site.

I had a small promo when I launched it, but it was mostly aimed at TSX people. Point is, I can link people directly to products and posts in threads, and then they come back to the threads to post comments, but not in the links. I understand why they'd post in the forum, but I don't understand why so few comment in the content itself. Need to get more creative I guess.
