When does the new navigation update come out?

it already came out, just go to any acura and they have it for 185 dollars.

The latest version is 2.11c. I just got it a month ago. I just hate the voice. The tone is too low and you could barely hear what "she" is trying to say.

HA Ha i have an panasonic TV/dvd deck and i cant stand the voice so i took out the bose system and replaced all the speakers because of it i do miss changing the tracks and volume with my steering wheel though.

Whoa...are you talking about just the new DVD disc itself?

Is there any aftermarket DVD available for less ?

$185 is too much just for the dvd.
Anyone know of any after market compatible Navi dvd available for less

not for the new version. it a dual layer dvd. I would try it but DL blank media's are too expensive for testing. I've backed up previous versions.

I'll definately be in for a copy of the new version. maybe everyone could send 2 disks. if everyone sends an extra one, maybe mike will have enough extra disks to do some testing. let me know. i'm also interested in an aftermarket less expensive alternative.

the DL are ranging around 10-15 each. I would try it. But dont wanna back them up and get errors and trash the discs.

Besides I think the Original Navi DVD is 9.5Gb if i'm correct. and the DL is only 8.5Gb in space.

Someone correct me if i'm wrong.
