new mods rock!
Thanks to everyone's advice, I got the Comptech springs, sways and headers and skipped the c/a/i for now as I already had the Comptech filter.
It really took the car about a day to "settle" into the springs. When I first picked it up, it really didn't look that low but it handled very well with the upgrades. Me and four friends all road in it and they swore it was much faster. I didn't think it really was that much faster but I could tell it had a much better launch with the lowering that occurred.
Anyway, I could really tell it was much faster the next night when I went driving a really stayed in SS in second and third...From about 4k rpm on, the car is MUCH stronger.
My friends have a new Altima 6 cyl, an Acura Integra R and a new Subie WRX and a Pontiac Ramair Firebird.
Obviously the mine is slower than the Firebird and still is. It will, however, dust his pants in the corners when that beast is most succeptable. The car was faster than the Altima before, and faster still-muich faster. Secondly, the Altima could not corner to begin with and now has no shot at keeping up.
It was a hair quicker than the lightly modded Type R and now it certainly so though his Type R is the best cornering ride I have ever ridden in besides a new Turbo Porshe.
The Subie got some 18's slapped on right before I did my mods and it did slow the car down. I think his wheels are really heavy. My 18's are really light and seemed not to affect my performance at all when I got them. Anyway, with the mods, the Subie is still a hair quicker from the start (it is unmodified except exhaust) and still quicker in the corners though he says the 18's have helped it there. But interestingly enough, from about 40 to almost 100mph, my TL-S is quicker. We did this on the interstate two or three times with him as he was pi$$ed.
The best story though, was rolling up at the light next to some clown in a newer Mustang GT who had no clue how to drive. We waxed him twice as he could not figure out that revving to 6k and dropping the clutch equals too much wheelspin on obviously cheap or warn out tires--but, I won't tell anyone else about his driving if you won't as it makes my little race better!
Victory!!!
Moral of the story is: $2700 for mods w/ install by Acura was well worth it!

I got the Comptech headers...BTW, I had all this installed on December 30th and I swear to Buddha, it is getting "throatier" (louder, more grumbly-whatever) daily...Any ideas why?

The dealer charged me $45 an hour for labor as they have some sort of deal with Comptech but they also gave me a written guarantee about warranty issues since I went with Comptech. The dealer, however, made me purchase those parts through them though it wasn't absurdly more than through this site or other places. The parts came to almost $2100.00 with tax and the install was charged 13 hours of install before tax...The total was $2700 and change for all of it...

....that is if you don't really have a preference to the luxury sound you'll be losing.
