Hey guys I'm Steve i have a 2003 Acura TL-S and im a new member! I just want to know more about these cars I've owned the TL for 1 1/2 years and I got a magna flow exhaust and aem intake. I am currently looking at suspension upgrades (shocks and springs) I wanted to know what everyone recommends.
Also what are some of the vendors that you do business with.

Welcome, Steve!
H&R Sports are a nice drop, a few members have them and say they ride like stock. Koni Yellows too, just like Sam Strano recommends for F-Bodies, if you're on LS1tech at all.
That just seems like one of the best setups to me, but depending on what you're looking for you may wanna ask around, PM members and search. I was gonna get a set of Tein H-Techs or Tanabe NF210s springs with Tokico Blue shocks but if I had more money I would have went for the H&R + Koni setup. I decided to give the TL-S back to my mom so I ended up not dropping it or anything.
I have an 02 Z28 myself, you have good taste in cars.

I'll also add that Excelerate is a popular vendor here for suspension for TLs. Even though I never bought anything from him, he answered my questions on several occasions. A lot of members have dealt with him too and had stuff installed by him, and I haven't heard anyone complain about his service yet.

I have the Koni Yellows and happy with how they perform. Coupled with the Tein H.tech springs, they are on the 'firm' side, even at a very low setting (ie softer setting). If you really want more of a ride height / stiffer suspension, you might want to consider getting coilovers (ie Tein Basics) since that way, the shock / springs are guaranteed to match / compliment one another.
Otherwise, the names already mentioned (Tein, H&R for springs and Tokico and Koni for shocks) are very reliable.

register your car with acura at 1-800-382-2238 x5 as new owner and ask if any extended warranties or recalls you need to address.
then register with acura other sysytem at https://www.ahm-ownerlink.com/login.asp?brand=acura you will need the VIN number for both of those places- and you can store the radio and nav security codes online too
and here is the owner manual link- click your year and model. The nav unit itself is something to learn while parked, and seat heat operation needs to be understood.
