New guy question
I just bought an Acura Certified '99TL-P with 64K mi for $15.5 OTD. It's been back to the dealer 4 times since I took delivery (warped rotors, cut once, rear wheel bearing that turned out to actually be a warped rt rear rotor so out of spec it had to be replaced, and a weak battery that stalled the car on me several times). Am I whining too much in asking for a replacement by now? The problems I've had should have been discovered during the certification process (IMHO). At this point I don't even want to mention the plugged rear tires, squeaking sunroof or the loose/noisy driver's seat (I tightened the rails to no avail). I was able to pressure the service manager into telling me that it has had it's trans replaced under warranty by the previous owner. Sorry for the rambling, any advice is appreciated...

The stuff you've described are common problems with the TL. All you need to do is bring it back to the dealer and have them fix it, but I do understand the part that the dealer should of done so before selling it to you.
