hello everyone
just picked up a 03 nwb tl-p a month ago and having a problem with prokits here's the story
i ordered the eibachs from tirerack.com, had local radio shop installed them for $160. they did such an increadible job the springs were making all kinds of f***** noise. i took the car back to the shop the following day and found out front springs were sitting OUTSIDE of the upper mount cups. (im located in madison, wi - really had no choice...no tunig shops around) besides, couple of nuts were hanging there loose(one that hold front sways and one on the rear upper mount) i asked for a full refund and they refused, so i filed a lawsuit and eventually got my money back
and then i took my car to acura of brookfield(80 mile trip) where i originally purchased the car, pulled out all four suspensions and re-installed them step by step(i even worked with the machanic and confirmed everything was in right place) and the knocking sound was gone and suspension was tight for a while.
today i noticed while driving with radio off, i heard this weird 'ttong ttong' or 'ddong ddong' noise comming from front suspension that sounds like some metal piece is hitting some kind of rubber component down there every time i go over light bumps at speed 30mph~50mph. i took my car to madison acura today for inspection and they couldnt find out what the hell was wrong with my car(im like the only one thats been lowered here)
sorry guys this is my first time posing a thread but i had to vent a bit. im scheduled for alignment next week at brookfield acura and i just wanted to hear some ideas from youguys what the problem might be before i go in there. please help anyone had similar noise problem with prokit?? my car has only 800 miles in it. thanks in advane

 

i have hte prokit as well and mine makes aboslutley no noises. i really dont know what it can be, sorry.

 

i have a prokit too but i have know problem at all u really need to go to place where they do shock struts springs etc i went to a place like midas called quality auto in Belleville NJ and they r used to doing stuff like this peace

 

are you running on stock shocks or aftermarket ones? thanks
