First thing u should do (if not already) is register your car at this site, it'll also help u out in the future:

Second, u can do a search for the best air intake for ur car, it's usually either between the AEM V2, Comptech Icebox or Injen. Good luck.

^^ AEM does not make a V2 CAI for the TL-S, the V2 that they offer, atleast for now, is for the TL-P, since the TL-S has a 3 inch throtle body. i Suggest AEM if you want sound, looks and 13 more hourses, and Comptech for stock look, 14 more hourses and no sound.

im thinking youre probably going a little low on cash right now since you just bought the car. same thing with me. do free mods! remove the resonator, if you decide not to get an intake for now, clear out and/or black out your headlamp housing. sicne i have a 99tl i removed the aluminum look paint off the shifter and got it all chromed, but 02 doesnt have that.
if you do have money, go for the AEM's, they sound nice. you could go for OBX or megan headers (cheap, gets the job done, and you dont have to go for those expensive comptechs that are 1000+ dollars). rims would also be nice, if you dont like the stock ones on the TL-S. oyeah, i heard you can get magnaflow exhausts for a pretty nice price.
right now im trying to find a good deal on lip spoilers and rear window spoiler.
