I guess it's ok. Think about it, it's just a bar, so it doesnt really do much. i think stickier tires would make the biggest difference if you want pure performance but are limited to just 1 mod. Thats like the only thing that touches the road, so just like making your car lighter, it would make your car accelerate better, turn better, brake better, everything across the board better.
