Need Your Assistance, Please

I have HKS Super Draggers with both small and large exhaust resonators removed. The droning noise inside the cabin is finally getting to me on highway speeds. I want to weld the large resonator back on, but the problem is I'm not sure where it's supposed to go.

In that thread, if you scroll down a little you'll notice a picture for the 2003 model. I have a 2003 Type-S, but I'm assuming it's the same.

Question 1: So if I weld the large resonator back on, it's the one right after the small resonator, item #12, (which is next to item #11) correct?

Question 2: Also, I've kept the large resonator inside a box, but now it looks very dirty and rusty. Should I prep it up and clean it, or is this condition okay? Any other stuff I should lookout for before I ask a shop to weld it back on?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes its the one after the small res. That is normal for it to be in that condition unless you have SS.

its the larger one of the 2. it goes closest to the rear wheel. Its going to look like that. It sits under the car and is exposed t the elements and heat. Just bring it in and have them reattach it, OR buy a aftermarket res
