Angry Need Some Help..

Can someone tell me somewere good in the NYC area that I can go to get my windows re-tinted?

I got them done by this guy in a performance shop on liberty ave. that claimed he was a professional. But I have been Bo-Jingled.. I took him like 4 hours to tint my car and by the time he was done it was dark, then it rained two days stright, so i still wasn`t able to check out the tint. Then One sunny day I went out side to wash my car , It was then That I realized i`ve been taken for a fool. His tint job was horrible.!!!!!
My back window is starting to get bubbles in it ( small ones) and I noticed 2 places where his blade slipped and he sliced the black shiney part of the door next to t he windows..... MY '03 white pearl car deserves better than that....

So now i screaming help.....

Plus if i get the tint removed off the rear window will it mess up the defroster grids? Is it hard to remove the tint, if not how to?
I wnat to get this fixed ASAP its an eye sore ..
