need to replace navi antenna

Looked up today and for some reason my navi antenna was chewed up. Looks like some animal chewed it up. Rain or snow can get in, wondering if this will affect anything.

Where can i find a replacement?? Searched on ebay and found the shark fin antenna. Would that work? Open for options.

Thanks,
Sunny

If you have a 04, 05, or 06 TL the antenna on the roof is the XM antenna not the navi antena. The antenna for the navi system is under the back deck of your car.

If you have a 2003 with Navi that antenna on the roof is the OnStar antenna. It costs about $125 at the dealer and requires the headliner be pulled down in the back to access the screw that holds it in place. The Dealer charged me about $100 in labor to replace mine after it was chewed.

Yea unfortunately it just does unscrew at the base and you just screw on a new "rubber ducky" antenna.
