When removing the headlight bulbs, is it necessary to take the front bumper off? What's the easiest way to remove the HID bulbs?? I'm trying to do it right now with a friend, so if you guys could post quick replies, it would GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There's no need to take the bumper off. I replaced mine about 6 months ago, it was pretty easy. Took about 30 minutes (taking my time). You do have to take your battery cover off and the top of the intake (if it's stock). There are directions available on this site if you search. Just make sure you don't touch the glass portion of the bulb, as it could cause the bulb to prematurely blow out.

P.S. I'm assuming this is for a 99-03 TL?!?!
