ArN 2000 TL

Does anyone know the part number for the black piece of plastic that is under the front part of the engine compartment on a '00 TL? Its not the wheel well linings, it actually connects to the front bumper underneath, then 2 bolts in the back and clips onto each side of the car (to the wheel wll linings). After 100k on my car its seen its last day.

I removed the old one and my gf put it out with the garbage before i could get the part number off of it. I don't feel comfortable driving around with it because it leaves the belts and too much of the engine compartment exposed to the elements and winter is rapidly approaching Thanks
