After much thought, it seems that this is a wise investment. 30 hp peak is alot to the wheel, putting us in a category closer to V8. I have one question though, the OBX headers are not made for the tl-s specifically, they are made for the accord V6 98-02.
Here's my question: I found them cheap somewhere, but all they can tell me is that they fit on the Accord V6 98-02. Does this mean it will also fit my type S?
Is there any other way of verifying that they will fit?

The HP may approach that of a V8 but the torque does not. Torque and vehicle weight are the two reasons that contribute a cars 0-60 speed. As you will read in a previous post, the top end performance improved.

 

I know they dont compare torque wise, i have a GS400, simply stated, a V8 is a V8, no substituting. Maybe a SC will help though.
For those that will say do a search for my answer, i did. Just need to verify that 98+ accord v6 headers will definately fit. I am trying to get them cheap from a company on the east coast. Maybe i can talk them into a group buy? Ill update as more info comes in.

My original question wasnt answered! As long as the headers fit a 98+ accord V6, will they fit the TL-S???
The people say it wont but i am pretty sure they are just unaware of it.
Come on people, this might be a chance to get these headers for less than the previously available 340 shipped price.

They will fit ...more than 20 have been installed... on CLP/CL-S and I have the SS version... go with SS.... Good luck!

The accord and TL comptech headers are the same and since the OBX are a "copy" of the the CTs then they should fit both cars as well.
