Replace the back mount and broke it within the same year n no its not because of heavy right foot or too much sports shifting . lol. so im not buying back another stock back mount i need to kno if you the professionals at acurazine can recomend a company that sells a solid back mount that wont get me too excited watching my girl friends boobs jiggle at a light, have to save that excitment for lata.

I guess oem mounts are as good as other mounts. Maybe you should add engine dampener to protect the mounts from engine over shaking and for better performance.

Yea I'm running the solid polyurethane Innovative mounts all around. Definitely an improvement over stock and a lifetime warranty. There are increased vibrations due to the mounts, though.

How bad are your vibrations? scale of 1 to 10, 10 being unbearable. lol. I want them but not if the vibrations are gonna drive me nuts. Does it make stuff rattle?

02AV6 used premixed polyurethane for the record. Sounds like the OP has enough to watch jiggling, so no need for silicone.

I would say less than a 5. It's only bad when I'm close to stalling. You know when the car starts to shake a little bit? Since you have the auto, you probably won't feel it as much.

If you destroyed a rear in a year something was either wrong with it or all the other mounts are shot putting alot of stress on it. The rear takes way less abuse than the front.

na thats the thing i took all my work to honda everythin on that car is done at the dealer. they told me three of the five mounts was bad so they replaced the three with honda factory parts. when i changed my oil recently the tech told me yea its broken again so i need an alternative. i cut my tl loose everyonce in a while my onli upgrade is a safc dyno tuned but other wise from that i cruise. I spoke to p2r from the cl-s section and he said the innovative is a good choice just want to kno if any other choice.

No. There is no other choice. Like i said, there had to be something wrong with it to begin with because the rear usually doesnt fail, especially in a year. Most are on their original rear and have been thru 2+ fronts. My rear was original on mine with 210k and it was still good.

Dont kno man just goin off what the tech told me. i mean the onli thing i can think off that could cause it is my tranny does get wierd from time to time but not crazy. He told me that he is a seen the back mounts go like that before. he had 07 odyssey's comin w less than 10k for bad engine mounts its said its not uncommon for the v6 models to break mounts so quickly. n just so u kno all the other engine mounts are fine.
