Post NEED A LARGER TL TYPE S

I want a TL Type S, but doesn't anyone here just want more room in the TLs? This will not sway my decision, however if I could only get more interior room inside this great car, I at least would stop hearing the complaints from the rear seat passengers about how small the car feels back there ;-)

My parents have an Toyota Avalon and I think my TL is actually the same size or longer overall, but the interior room in the Avalon is huge, like a living room in the back seat. But hell that is an Avalon, never going to get it, just using it as a reference ;-)

I think I would like the RL Space in my TL Type S.

OH MY GOD. I TOTALLY agree! I think the back seat is way too small. I always apologize to my clients about the lack of leg room. I sat in an RL, there is more, but still not enough. I want more! Ever sit in a Jaguar XJ or a Bentley (I know, not even a close comparison), now that is leg room.
Maybe the new RL will have more room with the redesign. I am considering it and the new Q45 when my lease is up.

Finally someone that understands and the client aspect is always important. Just cramped back there and fitting 3 people back there is just not professional. Almost like a circus car where all the clowns jump in the back! ;-)

I guess you just have to upgrade to the next level. I hope the new RL Revamp makes it a hot car, but still will never be as sporty as the TL. The new Q looks hot, but who drives an Infiniti these days? Lexus all the way, GS or LS. I just need more room. Even my old Maxima seemed larger in the interior cabin.

Great minds do think alike!

Get a BMW 750IL, I think the back seat can open into a sofa bed.

Seriously though, the back seat room is HUGE. Yeah, I know it's a totally different class, but it is Sooooo comfortable.

It would be much better If the back seat can move further back by at least another 5".

I agree with you all. BMW 7 series, who's going to buy me one ;-) I'd live in one if I had to!

As for 5.0" increase in length of the backseat area that would be good too. Maybe there is just too much trunk space, but I would rather sacrifice trunk space for more interior room.

I think if you open that center armrest in the backseat that leads to the trunk you can fit a very skinny 6th person back there too! Amazing isn't it? ;-)

Still need more room.

I "test drove" a 750iL last year (at a BMW invitational event in Boston). We got to drive one car, any car that they had there, and it donated money to Breast Cancer research. My friend drove a Z3, but I opted for the 750iL because I knew that I would never drive one again. Something about a 25 year old going into a dealer and driving an expensive ride, just didn't seem like it would ever happen.

Anyway, it was an awesome car. Great power and handling. Extremely luxurios and there was a TON of room. So, if anyone wants to recommend a company to invest in so I can make some cash...I am all ears.

Man, no joke - I am losing my butt on my current two long positions, both of which I thought could only go higher!

I am in NVTL and ALGX, and am down about 25%.
