it really isn't hard to do....read the diy carefully and I bet you can figure it out, however I do understand you may not be comfortable cutting wires.

I'm pretty sure I could figure it out as well but its a lot faster with someone that knows already what they're doing.

It only takes about 20 mins tops. Just get everything and prepare it in front of the computer while you read the DIY.

I think the DIY uses wire taps so you won't be cutting into the car's wires

I'd help you out if you were local

much appreciated Handy, I posted a thread in the regional hopefully I'll find a fellow AZ'er out there close enough to lend a hand but if not I'll most likely just suck it up and go in on my own.

our fogs are good as far as being widely spread out...if u put 8K then they dont really serve a purpose...it will be more for looks and if u have 8K in ur fogs and 6K in ur heads then that will look a lil off...

yellow looks nice.
Do most folks go plug n play in fogs or they have the whole HID kit? I ask cuz I don't think I can change the bulbs on plug n plays.

the HID bulbs come along with the kit...its very simple..plug and play...instead of pluggin the harness to the original bulb u plug it into the ballast that runs the new system...then u place the bulb in place like the OEM one and voila...there u have it...HID fogs...

you lost me Zee,
The plug n play come all together...that much I know. the bulb and all come attached and all u do is place the light where u want it...but you can't change the bulb like you can with the factory HID's.
so in order to go with the yellow (3k's) I would have to buy a whole new p'n'p set...right?

If you already have HIDs in your fogs then you only have to buy bulbs.

If you have Xenon plug n' play bulbs then you need to buy a whole HID kit.

An HID kit consists of the bulbs and ballasts. They also come with zipties and wire tappers that help with some installations.
