So I need to know if this is possible. Essentially the Speedo I can get for under $30 to correct that problem. The issue is the milage on the display will still be in Kms. Can I buy a whole cluster (from a junkyard or whatever), and if I do, can I get the milage changed to match mine? Let me know, thanks as I'm trying to sell the car, but the dealers keep saying oh well it's canadian so we have issues with the metric guages and such.

If you change the guages then you will have to change the AC display too so it would be in ferenheight.

Didn't think of that. Oh well, they can judge by the colors on the knob, if they can't read degrees C.

Not enough. don't think it'd make much of a difference to do the gauge swap (they said $400 off price to do the swap themselves), but I'm still getting offered wholesale for a Type-S since the A-Spec package was not available here (therefore I would figure asking a few bucks more is not unreasonable).

Got a line on a US instrument cluster, anyone know where i can get the milage changed to match mine (Candian cluster, want it to read equivalent in miles to what i have in Kms) and have it certified somehow. Thanks.

I believe the dealer can reprogram it. If not they replace it and make a note of it that it was replaced at how many ever miles.
