i found a set of 19 but im tryin to figure out if i should get 19x7.5 or a 19x8??help me out fellow tl-ers

 

19x7.5 will definitely not rub (depending on your drop)

Depends on the offset.

19x7.5 +45 offset will work and
19x8 +50 offset will also work.

I chose a 19x8 wheel for a slightly more aggressive look. The wheels are almost flush with the fender and they do not rub. I achieved the exact look I was going for. As long as the offset is correct you will have no problem. If your really concerned about rubbing on a 19x8 wheel you can always go with 225 series tires. I have 235/35/19 btw.

19x8 +52mm offset and no rubs with 5 people in the back and an H&R sport drop.
