Question Need help H&R OE or Sports

I know that this is another thread about lowering springs.

I have used the search function and still I am torn between the OE and the Sports. I have looked at all the pics of various TL's and TL-S' and they all have given me an idea of what to expect.

As with most of you, this is my daily driver and proud of it. So, all you TL-S 'ers, in the Chicagoland area, that have lowered your vehicle, please give me your feedback.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not from Chicago, but.....I just put the H&R sports on about two weeks ago and I like them. The drop is perfect in my opinion, no raked look at all. Ride quality is good, but you definitely feel more of the road. From what I've heard/read, the OE's don't really give you a noticeable drop. I'd go with the sports....

be warned about one thing though

the drop is not accurate before a month when the springs settle down, there have been many cases about the car looking perfect after it's installed, but too much once the springs settle

do a search on this, you'll find a lot on this

That is true, all new springs will "settle" after about 1K miles... give or take a few 100.

It will usually be about another 1/4 inch lower after you install it.

I say go for the Sport. There's nothing worse than lowering your car and it looks the same. Plus, I have the sports and I thought the ride was gonna be harsh but for the amt it dropped its not bad at all.

You do feel more bumps but I don't think its bad at all. But then again I did use to own a slammed Integra...hahaa.

songoku,

I take it that's your rear-wheel...

IF its not too much trouble could you post a similar pic of the front wheel.

Thanks
