I did buy my extended warranty from the dealer and now Honda
extended the warranty to 100000 miles. Can I get the refund back what should I do?

Honda extended the warranty only for the transmission. The rest of the car goes out of warranty at 4 yrs/50000 miles. So your extended warranty will still protect the rest of the car for an additional 50000 miles.

Now if you bought the extended warranty just because you were afraid the tranny might go, then I'm afraid you wasted your $$$$.
