I'm lowering my 2000 acura tl and I finished the front springs but I'm having problems with the back springs. I need to remove the seat and I have no clue how to, if anyone has been able to, please help.

3 or four bolts in the crack of the seat back and seat bottom.
then remove seat bottom by push clips in each seat. the push pins secure it to the floor.
there's a bolt behind each head rest.
then lift up on seat back

If you reach between the back and the bottom seat by the seatbelt latch you will find 1 or 2 bolts for thee bottom, then just give the seat a good tug up on each front corner. Then once the bottom cushion is out, there are 3 for the back. Lift up hard and pull forward.

quick picture for you
purple is where your ganna dig your hands under and pop the seat up
green is where the bolts should be once you move the cushion out
the seat that you sit back on on give it a strong tug up and watch out for the metal brackets they are sharp and can scratch the leather and remove the middle seat belt.
