that is not right, it should match up with the egr valve just fine. are you sure you have the spacer on there right and not upside or flip on the wrong side? If you have it on there right it looks like you may have the wrong spacer kit or something.

well lets see we just encountered another issue. since it is a completely different kit i had to use their gasket for my tb since i had to scrape the OEM one off. Now i have a fuckin air leak and my revs are bouncin up and down when the car is in park.

another stupid question did you put the gasket on right? is there a portion of the gasket sticking up from the top of the TB? If so you have it on wrong and that will create idle fluctuations.

that blows, don't drive your car until you get the right spacer kit and gaskets. Having your idle bumping up and down is a very bad thing.

just call your local acura parts counter and buy one there, they aren't expensive and they will have it in stock=you get the gasket now instead of waiting for the parts store to order it.

By the way what kind of metal sealer did you use? I hope you didn't ude JB weld or soemthing similar between the TB and IM because that'll be some bitch to get off the TB and IM when you go to take off the TB and install a new gasket, also getting the TB off will be a bitch without tapped the TB with a rubber mallet a dozen times or you may need to tap it with a hammer.
