Can the 99tl navi units output nmea data?

Wondering if anyone knows if the hard drive navigation for the 99tl's is able to be fitted with a serial cable from the board inside to provide standard nmea output. I'm a ham radio operator and with gps data and a ham radio I can transmit my location... APRS ANY help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.

 

I would like to know also. Got a TMD700A installed in the CD tray. Got a hocky puck GPS,
a digitraveler which works but have not been able to install it yet.
