No I am sorry you can't the only option is the AFTERMARKET.
This topic comes up about once a month your not the first & won't be the last. I see your from Canada & the Navi won't work there anyway. If you drive down to the states alot ofcourse it will. Also the clock& the manual controls for the fan speeds & air direction for the climate control are in the Nav screen on the Navi TL. The non Nav has the another dash & control set-up.
