My two holes

I'm a debadging freak! I just had to remove the Acura logo on my 2002 TL-S because it just had to be done.

I now am considering what to put in the two empty holes.

In my opinion, cars just look cleaner with smooth paint and no distractions.

I actually like the two holes better than the logo...

Yes, I am disturbed and in need of counseling.

I will come up with the most creative mod yet with those two holes. I will post a pic when I figure it out...

cut off the S from typeS and put some pins on it, then put it in the holes.

You need to find a 3" diameter nose ring for that baby. You could start a new fad...butt rings.

How about a rear view camera? Or just have a body shop fill them in.

Oh I know. Tie your dog's leash on those two holes just like how Clark Grizwald did to their family pet on National's Lampoon's Vacation . Then see how fast you can go 0-60!

You guys with your debadging addiction kill me. I picture you as these clean freak type guys with sqeaky clean houses and neatly folded underwear.

I can't believe you removed the Acura caliper to reveal two holes. Your car probably looks like it was vandalized.

First of all, what is wrong with neatly folded underwear?

Secondly, yes you are right, I am a freak.

However, you totally miss the boat here, which surprises me coming from such an eloquent poster who spends so much time correcting other people's grammar and diction in their posts.

I am in the car wash business, so maybe I am a little obsessive. But, if you saw any car that I have owned and debadged, you would think differently. People routinely stop me to compliment me on my vehicles. Of course, the "what kind of car is that?" comment I get from people is a lot of fun too.

I am not trying to make people think my car is something it is not (like a BMW 5 series owner making his car look like an M5), I just like to keep people guessing.

I will borrow a digital camera from a friend and take some pictures of my clean cars for you and you be the judge...

P.S. I too get annoyed with bad grammar in other people's posts...
